Weird Audio Problem with Mac OS X Mountain Lion

Under certain circumstances, Mac OS X strangely disables sound for no reason. If this happens on your Mac, simply restart or reset the PRAM by pressing COMMAND + OPTION + P + R simultaneously when starting your Mac. I hope Apple will fix this problem soon.
