I've been a Winamp fan during the old days before I switched to Mac. And now guess what? Winamp for Mac. It is still in beta and only syncs Android devices. Its light and fast and automatically syncs with your iTunes library.

- Playlist Management. Winamp imports and automatically syncs all of your playlist from iTunes. Edit, create, and sync those playlists with your Android handset.
- Wireless Android sync. No need to tie your Android phone down. Enable Wi-Fi sync and leave your cable behind. Requires Winamp for Android.
- iTunes and Mac Desktop Sync. Keep Winamp library up to date witch automatic sync between iTunes and Watch folders you specify. Plus, Winamp lets you copy tracks from your Android handset to your Mac Desktop.
